New campus food pantry

For the latest news on the Campus Food Pantry, visit our updated post about the pantry or find us on Facebook!

The Office of the VP for Student Life, in partnership with the ASUW Student Food Cooperative, the Samuel E. Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center (ECC), the Carlson Leadership & Public Service Center and the HUB, is launching a campus food pantry that aims to provide basic nutritional assistance for UW students and staff. With recent increases in tuition and the rising cost of living in Seattle, students and staff are often faced with the challenging choice of eating regular meals or financing other life needs such as books, childcare, rent, insurance, etc. We believe this situation is unacceptable and we aim to eliminate the reality of such a difficult decision.
